Cleveland, Tennessee is know to a few as The Vortex. This Vortex sucks you in and it is hard to get out.
Last July I had gone up to Cleveland for what was supposed to be just a one-night deal. That one night lasted 6 days. Yes. Six. But in that time a friend had come down from Knoxville to hang out, which I believe prolonged the one-night stay.
Now this friend, David, he and I enjoy watching Time-Attacks. Time attacks are basically quick run throughs of video games. Now granted, some of them are not so “quick” as you can imagine. Instead they are up to six or eight hours long. I believe the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time video we watched once was either four or six. I slept through most of it, as I will if I sit anywhere long enough. I believe we watched at least one a day. The site for time-attacks, if you are interested, can be found here: (speeddemosarchive.com).
However, this Vortex only lasted 2 nights. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have an eye appointment tomorrow. A little over one week and the Vortex begins for a much longer period.
